Home Health Care – The Home Health Aide course is designed to prepare students to provide basic health care in the home. It includes providing for medical/personal needs, personal care services, cleaning tasks, nutrition, and the scope of limitations of a home health aide. At the completion of this course, students will be qualified to work as a certified Home Health Aide in the state of New York. Students enrolled in the HHA course are required to successfully complete 83 hours of training to be eligible for certification.
